First European Regional UPA Conference

Be the first to share

The Usability Professionals’ Association is proud to announce the first European Regional UPA Conference.

The conference will take place from December 4th to December 6th 2008 in the beautiful city of Turin, Italy – the 2008 World Design Capital.

The conference theme “Usability & Design: Cultivating Diversity” aims to overcome the conceptual separation between usability and design, two professional approaches that are often seen separately. In order to transcend this separation, understanding and cultivating diversity is crucial, especially in Europe – a continent characterized by great diversity.

The UPA Europe conference provides a great opportunity to reinforce the importance of usability and user-centered design in Europe, and will underline the central role of the UPA in advocating these ideas,” says Michele Visciola, UPA Europe 2008 Conference Chair.

Stay tuned and pre-register today to stay informed!
